Pulsar 0.4.5

This release fixes a slowdown when turning mods on and off.

Fixed

  • Turning mods on and off. Flipping a mod’s switch could hold up Play and the other switches for 10 to 15 seconds on a large mod list. Pulsar now applies the change much faster.
