Pulsar 0.2.8

A Linux menu entry and a fix for playing without mods.

New

• Pulsar in your app menu. On Linux, the AppImage adds Pulsar and its icon to your app menu the first time it runs. Move the file and the entry follows it on the next start.

Fixed

• Play without mods. On macOS, and for Proton games on Linux, Play without mods failed on a game with no mods installed yet. It now starts the game.
