Playing with friends
Many mods have to be on every player’s machine, at the same versions as the host’s. Others only matter to the host: No Save Delete works for the whole lobby when only the host has it. Each mod’s page usually says who needs it. Some, like MoreUpgrades, also need the same config on every machine.
Give each crew its own profile with that crew’s mods, and switch before you join.
When R.E.P.O. updates
R.E.P.O. is in early access, and a big update can stop a modded game from starting at all.
To play the new version, choose Play without mods, and come back to your profile once your mods have caught up.
Saves
Back up the saves folder before you change mods on a run you care about.

Getting started
- Download Pulsar and open it.
- Choose Add game and pick R.E.P.O.. If it's installed through Steam, Pulsar finds it.
- Open Manage profiles and create a profile.
- In Browse catalog, pick your mods and choose Review install. Anything they depend on comes with them.
- Choose Play.

- Do my friends need Pulsar too?
- No. They need the host's mods at the same versions, however they install them.
- Do I need to install BepInEx first?
- No. Pulsar installs the BepInEx pack R.E.P.O. mods run on, along with your mods.
- Does it work on a Mac?
- No. R.E.P.O. is a Windows game, and Pulsar runs it on Windows and Linux.
- Is Pulsar free?
- Yes. Download it and start adding mods, no sign-up needed.
